Marina Dock Replacement Parts | MAADI Group

Our marina dock replacement parts keep floating and fixed dock systems in service, season after season. Every cleat, bollard, fender, float and decking board meets the same standard as the custom aluminum marina systems and aluminum floating docks we engineer, so replacement parts fit right and last.

About Our Marina Dock Replacement Parts

Parts Compatible with TECHNOMARINE™ Marina Dock Systems

Docks outlive the companies that built them. Most of our hardware is compatible with TECHNOMARINE™ marina dock systems*, from 12 in and 20 in cleats and the 15 in double bollard mounting to top extrusion tracks with standard T-bolts, to the FK001 flexible connector with its 2.75 in center-to-center bolt pattern. The spare parts catalog lists part numbers, loads and dimensions so you can match what is already on your dock.

Dock Cleats, Bollards and Mooring Hardware

Secure mooring starts with dock hardware that holds. Our 12 in and 20 in dock cleats are precision-cast from A356 aluminum and powder coated for corrosion resistance, while the 15 in double bollard handles high-capacity mooring for larger vessels. 316 stainless steel T-bolts fasten cleats, bollards, ladders and connectors directly to the dock structure.

Dock Fenders and Bumpers That Protect Docks and Hulls

Fenders are the wear parts of any marina dock. Our non-marking rubber dock marine fenders in 4 in and 6 in tapered D-shape protect floating and fixed docks during mooring of larger vessels. Extruded PVC bumpers, HDPE corner fenders and wood plastic composite (WPC) fender bumpers cover every edge, corner and light-duty contact point.

Dock Floats, Connectors and Utility Covers

Buoyancy and articulation keep a floating dock alive. Our unsinkable rotomolded polyethylene floats are made from 100% virgin LLDPE and filled with EPS foam, and our flexible rubber connectors absorb movement between dock modules for quiet, low-stress operation. Extruded aluminum utility trough covers conceal electrical, water, gas and communication lines from the top of the dock.

Marine Decking Replacement Made Simple

Worn decking is the most visible sign of an aging dock. Replace it with ipe hardwood decking, a premium tropical hardwood valued for strength and density, or composite decking engineered as a low-maintenance alternative to natural wood. Both are built for demanding marine environments.

A dock is only as reliable as the parts holding it together.

Frequently Asked Questions About Marina Dock Replacement Parts

What replacement parts does MAADI Group offer for marina docks?

The range covers 13 parts: cast aluminum dock cleats and double bollards, stainless steel T-bolts, flexible rubber connectors, unsinkable polyethylene floats, aluminum utility trough covers, rubber, PVC, HDPE and WPC fenders and bumpers, and ipe or composite decking. Each part is stocked to keep marina dock repairs moving without long lead times. If a component is not listed, our engineers can specify an equivalent for your dock system.

Are your dock parts compatible with existing marina dock systems?

Yes. Mooring cleats, bollards and T-bolts are compatible with TECHNOMARINE™ marina dock systems*, and most fenders, floats and decking products fit standard floating and fixed dock structures. Send us your dock system details and we will confirm fit before you order.

What materials are marina dock parts made of?

Mooring hardware is precision-cast from A356 aluminum and powder coated, with 316 stainless steel fasteners for saltwater durability. Floats are rotomolded from 100% virgin LLDPE and filled with EPS foam, fenders come in non-marking rubber, PVC, HDPE and wood plastic composite, and decking is available in ipe hardwood or composite. Every material is selected for marine environments and corrosion resistance.

Which dock parts wear out first on a marina?

The flexible connectors between floating dock sections are among the most important components to inspect regularly. Depending on wave exposure, vessel traffic, and environmental conditions, these connectors absorb repeated movement and effectively act as the mechanical fuse of a well-designed floating marina, helping protect the main dock structure from excessive loads.

Fenders and bumpers also experience frequent wear because they absorb vessel impacts during docking. Other components that should be routinely inspected include floats, cleats, decking, fasteners, and other dock hardware, with wear rates depending on traffic, wave exposure, mooring loads, and local conditions.

A seasonal floating dock inspection and preventive maintenance program can identify worn components before they cause damage to the dock structure. Our floating dock maintenance guide provides a detailed checklist of what marina owners and operators should inspect throughout the year.

Can you help me choose the right replacement parts for my dock?

Yes. The same in-house team that engineers complete aluminum dock systems reviews your dock type, hardware dimensions and exposure conditions to confirm the right part. Request a quote with photos and measurements, and we will respond with a recommendation.

Replacing a worn part today costs less than repairing a damaged dock tomorrow.

Keep Your Dock Hardware Performing

From a single cleat to a full re-deck, the parts ship from the team that engineers marinas.
