With over 20 years of experience, MAADI Group’s team of in-house engineers designs and fabricates custom turnkey aluminum marinas for all vessel sizes—delivering superior performance, long-term durability, and refined aesthetics with little to no maintenance required.

Each project benefits from a dedicated engineering team that collaborates directly with clients—from concept to final installation—to develop marina layouts optimized for specific boat types, user access, and revenue generation. We provide full engineering services, including sealed plans by our licensed Professional Engineers (P.Eng/PE), ensuring every detail meets structural and regulatory requirements.

Our marina systems are fully integrated and include floating and fixed docks, aluminum gangways, and wave attenuators. Solutions are tailored using satellite imagery and local environmental data such as tidal range, wave exposure, and mooring loads. Our modular design approach—built on our Lakeshore™, Great Lakes™, and Tri Ocean™ systems—allows for scalable, efficient installation with minimal site disruption.

All structures are fabricated using marine-grade high-strength aluminum alloys, joined using internally developed welding procedures approved by our welding engineer. We offer anodized or powder-coated finishes for enhanced corrosion resistance and appearance, including our signature MakeABridge® gangways. Decking options include Ipe hardwood, thermally modified American White Ash, or composite decking, with available accessories such as cleats, fendering, utility conduits, and integrated lighting.

Aluminum offers unmatched advantages over wood or steel: it won’t warp, rot, or corrode, and its strength-to-weight ratio makes it ideal for transport and rapid installation. It is especially well-suited for demanding environments exposed to saltwater, hurricanes, freeze-thaw cycles, and ice loading.
